A low-key Julia Roberts was spotted after a workout in Malibu looking fresh faced and stunning on Tuesday.

Even makeup free and in workout clothing, the Oscar winner was every bit a Hollywood movie star as she flashed her famous smile.

The 52-year-old kept it casual in her athleisure ensemble wearing a baggy green crew neck sweat shirt, dark sweat pants  and pink and black checkered Vans slides.

Her strawberry blonde locks were swept back into a low bun and she rocked some square designer shades. 

The star laughed with a girlfriend as she headed out of class carrying a metal reusable water bottle. 

Julia and her friend worked up a sweat in a gyrotonic class, which is a stretching and strengthening modality similar to Pilates.

Roberts seems to be able to keep in peak physical shape from her workouts. She recently showed off her long, slim legs while modeling a pair of Calzedonia tights. 

The star is the latest spokesmodel for the Italian brand that specializes in swimwear, tights and leggings. 

As far as her on camera career, the siren from Georgia will next be in Little Bee, about the lives of a 16-year-old Nigerian orphan and a British couple on vacation.

They collide one fateful day on an African Beach, when one of them has to make a terrible choice. Two years later, they meet again.

That film is still in the early stages and not much has been announced by way of casting.

Meanwhile, her breakout role in Steel Magnolias, celebrated the 30 year anniversary since it debuted this month.

Roberts starred as diabetic bride-to-be Shelby Eatenton opposite Sally Field who played her mother and a pantheon of legendary actresses Dolly Parton, Shirley MacLaine, Daryl Hannah and Olympia Dukakis.

The heartwarming tear-jerker went on to put Roberts on the map as a big star and became an iconic film of the late eighties.
