Emma is the daughter of Julia's older brother, actor Eric Roberts, 63.

Back in May, during an appearance on E!'s short-lived late night chat show Busy Tonight, Emma shared with host Busy Philipps that both she and her famous Oscar-winning aunt share the same genetic trait - a toothy grin. 

'We have too many teeth when we smile,' Emma explained. 

'When I’m talking to someone it’s like whatever, and then I smile and it’s like, oh my god, you look just like your aunt!’

Emma made her professional movie debut in the 2001 film Blow and has been working as an actress ever since.

She is best known for starring in Ryan Murphy's anthology series American Horror Story starting from season 3 AHS: Coven up until the current ninth season AHS: 1984.
