"You look great for your age is a backhanded compliment thrown at timelessly gorgeous women. It drives me bananas, I can't stand it. It should be, you look great — period."

The We're the Millers star went on to say that beauty cannot serve as a reminder of age and that people must learn to compliment others without using the concept of age as a crutch.

"It used to be pounding, pounding, pounding. You had to get 45 minutes to an hour of cardio; otherwise, you weren't getting a workout.

After suffering due to her strenuous fitness regime, Aniston went on to realize that being healthy and well physically and mentally was more important to live a long and happy life. The actor ultimately changed her routine which resulted in a balanced lifestyle and diet which has worked wonders for her today.
