Julia Roberts flashed her famous mega-watt grin in a new room-with-a-view-style spread shot by photographer Tom Munro.

'It sort of becomes this thing: "Let's see that smile!"' the Oscar winner - who turns 48 next month - told Allure.

'I can smile or I can not smile, but I can't perform. I am a genuinely and deeply happy person, which, as life goes on, you realize what great fortune that is, to feel like you just have the natural chemistry of joy.'

She was most recently the face of Givenchy, but Julia Roberts is dipping her toes in the big fashion pool as she tries her hand at rocking Michael Kors, Gucci and other brands for her debut in Allure magazine.

For the sun-filled cover shoot, the Normal Heart actress donned designer duds from Michael Kors, Victoria Beckham, and Gucci.

Julia had her flaxen locks coiffed by hairstylist Serge Normant, and she had her minimal make-up applied by Genevieve Herr.

'[Jennifer Aniston is] so hot. I'm glad I don't have any scenes with her in Mother's Day,' Roberts said of their upcoming comedy.

The mother-of-three vaguely endorsed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, calling the decision 'a tricky little topic.'

'Not that I think she would be "a president for women," but I think her point of view is critical in this time when we are 51 percent of the population,' Roberts carefully stated.

'And somehow the paradigm shift isn't really happening. I would love to see more of what she has to offer in service to this country.'

The American Horror Story starlet will next play Kappa Kappa Tau sorority president Chanel Oberlin in Ryan Murphy's Scream Queens, which premieres Tuesday on Fox.

Secret in Their Eyes was the couple's eighth collaboration following films like The Normal Heart, Mona Lisa Smile, and The Mexican (where they met in 2000).

It hits US theaters November 20 and UK theaters March 4, and it stars Nicole Kidman, Chiwetel Ejiofor, and Dean Norris.
