Justin Theroux has shared a touching message with ex-wife Jennifer Aniston after the actress opened up about her IVF struggles.

The Friends actress, 53, candidly spoke about her infertility struggles in an interview with US magazine Allure and has since received an outpouring of support from fans and friends.

Sharing her cover shoot images on Instagram, Jennifer thanked the magazine for letting her star in their last ever print issue. In the comments, fans spotted ex husband Justin Theroux adding a sweet message to support his ex-wife.

The actor wrote a simple comment using emojis of a fist bump and red heart for his ex.

Justin and Jennifer divorced in 2017 after being married for two years. However, the pair have remained on friendly terms ever since.

Prior to their marriage, Jennifer was married to actor Brad Pitt from 2000 to 2005. He famously moved on with Angelina Jolie, the mother of his six children whom he split from in 2016.

In an interview, Jennifer revealed she had tried IVF with her husband Brad Pitt between 2000 and 2005. She told Allure magazine: "I was going through IVF, drinking Chinese teas, you name it. I was throwing everything at it.

"I would've given anything if someone had said to me, 'Freeze your eggs. Do yourself a favor.' You just don't think it. So, here I am today. The ship has sailed."

After her marriage to Brad broke down in 2005, the world focused on heartbroken Jennifer and how she handled life as Brad moved on with Angelina.

Jennifer explained: "I just cared about my career. And God forbid a woman is successful and doesn't have a child. And the reason my husband left me, why we broke up and ended our marriage, was because I wouldn't give him a kid. It was absolute lies. I don't have anything to hide at this point."

The Friends actress also revealed she isn't looking for another husband, but did admit to missing the "support" provided from a relationship. She revealed: " I'd love a relationship. Who knows? There are moments I want to just crawl up in a ball and say, 'I need support'.

"It would be wonderful to come home and fall into somebody's arms and say, 'That was a tough day'."
