And at age 54, the Pretty Woman star is showing no signs of slowing down.

The actress has previously revealed the mystery behind maintaining her toned and fit physique.

In the past, Julia has worked alongside nutritionist Carrie Wiatt, who helped her take a balanced eating approach to her eating.

She explained how she likes to pass on her acquired nutritional knowledge to her children 17-year-old twins - son, Phinnaeus and daughter, Hazel - and son Henry, 13.

'We definitely try to eat mindfully,' she told in 2018.

When it comes to her exercise regimen, Julia undertakes everything from yoga, to pilates, plyometrics and swimming.

'I don't love exercise, but I do love how I feel afterwards,' she said in an interview with The Independent in 2012.

'Accomplishment, clarity, energy, strength, joy... these are all things I give myself through working out, and I can feel it in everything I do.'

Julia exercises four times a week with her trainer, doing 30 minutes of step aerobics and 40 minutes of 'body work' that includes lunges, push-ups and crunches.

She also runs, plays tennis, swims, cycles and does Pilates.
