Emmy winner Jennifer Aniston confessed that she 'hated auditioning' because she always 'got too nervous' especially when she walked into the one that changed her life - Rachel Greene in NBC sitcom Friends.

'Wasn't very good at it,' the 54-year-old San Fernando Valley native admitted to WSJ. Magazine on Tuesday.

'I really wanted it really badly and I walked into the audition and there were so many girls, and I remember just thinking, "Oh boy." [I] just gave it my all and came home and I think it was about that day. It was by two o'clock that same day I got the job.'

When the hit show concluded in 2004 after 10 seasons, Jennifer kept only two items from the set - a pair of Rachel's red loafers and one of Monica Geller's (Courteney Cox) floral frocks - both of which she still wears to this day.

When Aniston and David Schwimmer received pay raises in the second season and discovered the rest of the cast did not, they both took pay cuts for season three to equal everything out and, by seasons nine and 10, they were all earning $1 million per episode.

'It would've destroyed us, I think, if someone was soaring financially,' the Pvolve adviser noted.

Jennifer has walked many, many red carpets but she considers the black Valentino couture gown featuring a thigh-high slit that she donned for the 2010 Golden Globe Awards to be her absolute favorite.

'It's beautiful. They've since remade it for me because I can't find the original,' Aniston beamed.

'Someone has it.'

When asked what lesson she wished she had learned early on in her career, The Morning Show producer-star scoffed: 'Not to give a s*** about what people think, because people love to think a lot of things about me.'

Jennifer touchingly revealed that her Murder Mystery 2 leading man Adam Sandler and his wife of 20 years, Jackie, have a tradition of sending her flowers each year on Mother's Day.

Aniston told Allure last November that she 'was trying to get pregnant' for years by attempting 'IVF, drinking Chinese teas, you name it' but 'that ship has sailed' now and she has 'zero regrets.

As for who shares the twice-divorced millionaire's bed at her $21M four-bedroom Bel-Air mansion, she said: 'My dogs [Clyde and Lord Chesterfield]. That's who I'm sleeping with.'

Jennifer also admitted her biggest flaw was 'over salting things' and revealed she gives 'an incredible facial massage' and could've been an interior designer had she not chose acting.

'I can walk into a house and see what it needs,' Aniston boasted.

'And it's a fun process. Some people dread it. It can break up relationships. I thrive during that process.'

Reese Witherspoon, Marcia Gay Harden, Billy Crudup, Mark Duplass, Nicole Beharie, Jon Hamm, Tig Notaro, Néstor Carbonell, and Karen Pittman will all appear in season three of the show based on Brian Stelter's 2013 book Top of the Morning.

On May 1, Apple renewed The Morning Show for a fourth season despite the first two seasons scoring less than a 68% critic approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
