Mckenna Grace has done a fine job of portraying Paige Swanson, another genius and Sheldon's main competition, in Young Sheldon. Unfortunately, the character never made her debut in The Big Bang Theory, but here are seven actresses who would be perfect for the job (according to Reddit).

7. Emily Blunt

This Hollywood A-lister can do anything, and we have no doubt that it includes playing Paige. Blunt kind of looks like Grace, although the 40-year-old actress is a bit young to play opposite Jim Parsons, who is 50 years old, considering that Sheldon and Paige are supposed to be around the same age.

6. Kiernan Shipka

Mckenna has actually played a younger version of Kiernan's character in a few titles, including Netflix's Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. However, Shipka's cameo in The Big Bang Theory would only work as a flashback to Sheldon's teenage or young adult years, since the star is only 23 years old.

5. Anya Taylor-Joy

This aspiring actress is no stranger to portraying a genius – she is a delight in The Queen's Gambit. Beth Harmon is actually pretty similar to Paige, specifically in the aspect of the fame's aftermath. Although, just like Shipka, 27-year-old Taylor-Joy is way too young to be a series regular.

4. Jennifer Morrison

OK, but Morrison would be a brilliant Paige! She is age-appropriate for the role, and she has a knack for portraying strong, independent, and, more importantly, sassy women – Cameron in House, Zoey in How I Met Your Mother, and Emma in Once Upon a Time are some of the most beloved characters on television.

3. Alicia Silverstone

Silverstone has insane range, and she is widely underappreciated in the industry if you ask us. This star would be an iconic Paige, and it's a real shame that we never got to see her in action in The Big Bang Theory!

2. Ali Larter

Larter's acting talent is comedic gold. Having appeared in so many comedies of the 2000s, the actress would be the obvious choice for grown-up Paige, and she is also age-appropriate to star alongside Parsons.

1. Becki Newton

Yes, Quinn from How I Met Your Mother (this series has provided us with quite a few potential Paiges, hasn't it?). From blonde hair and facial features to a badass personality and quirky vibe, she would be a 10/10 casting for the character.
