Why Jennifer Aniston Is Not Giving Up On Finding Love, Even With Two Failed Marriages

has been through the ringer when it comes to love, but the actress has not given up yet. Aniston rose to fame after starring on the hit sitcom and her career in the entertainment industry has continued to grow since the show's end. Though she is incredibly successful in her career, Aniston has not found great success in the love department. With two failed marriages under her belt, it would make sense if the actress chose to ride off into the sunset by herself.

However, that is far from the case. Though her marriages to and Justin Theroux may have failed, Aniston still has faith that one day she will find her perfect match.

She is a bit unsure if she wants to give the whole marriage thing another try, but she is certainly ready to find her forever person.

How Many Times Has Jennifer Aniston Been Married?

Over the several decades that Jennifer Aniston has been a star in the entertainment industry, the actress has been married twice. Her first marriage was to movie star Brad Pitt, and her second was to actor and screenwriter Justin Theroux.

Aniston first met Pitt back in 1994 thanks to the fact that their agents were good friends. They were essentially set up on a date by their agents, and the two stars began seeing each other romantically.

Pitt and Aniston tied the knot in a Malibu wedding in 2000. The following year, the two celebrities got the opportunity to work together when

Though they seemed totally in love at red carpet events and in interviews, the couple released a joint statement in January 2005 that they had made the difficult decision to get a divorce.

Aniston waited a long time before giving love and marriage another try. The second time, she fell hard for actor and filmmaker Justin Theroux.

Aniston and Theroux tied the knot in 2015, but their marriage didn't even last as long as her marriage to Pitt.

By 2018, the two were announcing their separation and filing for divorce.

"I don't feel a void. I really don't. My marriages, they've been very successful, in [my] personal opinion," the actress told the outlet.

"And when they came to an end, it was a choice that was made because we chose to be happy and sometimes happiness didn't exist within that arrangement anymore."

Did Jennifer Aniston Want Kids?

Jennifer Aniston was once accused of choosing her career over having a family. The accusation came in the wake of her divorce from Brad Pitt, implying that she was at fault for the failed marriage.

Aniston had previously squashed these rumors, but it was not until late 2022 did the actress .

"I was trying to get pregnant. It was a challenging road for me, the baby-making road," Aniston revealed. "All the years and years and years of speculation... It was really hard."

"I was going through IVF, drinking Chinese teas, you name it. I was throwing everything at it. I would have given anything if someone had said to me, 'Freeze your eggs. Do yourself a favor.' You just don't think it."

While Aniston was struggling personally with her infertility issues, she was also forced into a public debate over her failed marriage to Brad Pitt and the reasons behind it.

All that time, Aniston had actually wanted children and attempted to have them.

The "narrative that I was just selfish... I just cared about my career. And god forbid a woman is successful and doesn't have a child. And the reason my husband left me, why we broke up and ended our marriage, was because I wouldn't give him a kid."

"It was absolute lies," Aniston called the accusations.

Though she did not specify when she went through IVF, only saying it was "several years ago," she did make it clear that she has "zero regrets" about how things turned out.

"Here I am today. The ship has sailed," the actress said.

"I actually feel a little relief now because there is no more, 'Can I?' I don't have to think about that anymore."

Jennifer Aniston Wants To Be In A Relationship

In the same interview with Jennifer Aniston also opened up about her desires to have a special someone in her life.

Though she has now gone through two divorces, Aniston has not given up on love.

"I'd love a relationship. Who knows? There are moments I want to just crawl up in a ball and say, 'I need support.'"

Aniston currently does not "have an interest" in getting married again, considering the legal union has not worked out for her in the past.

But to Aniston, a long-term and strong partnership means more than a ring.

Aniston is not the only celebrity who wants a partnership but not a marriage. Actress Kaley Cuoco is currently in a relationship with and they have a baby together. However, because of her failed marriages in the past, .

"Never say never, but I don't have any interest," Aniston said.

in the hopes of setting up Aniston on a worthy date.

"Jen has high hopes that her run of bad luck in love is just a temporary thing. It's a sign of the times that it takes a whole lot more time and selectiveness to find a partner in Hollywood these days."

"Jen and Demi are trading ideas on eligible guys, make pals in their shared social circle, as well as dinner parties and functions they can hit up together. It's a fun process and they're excited to be in it together."
